Using a pastry cutter, cut 12 discs large enough to fill 12 cups of a shallow bun tin.Then use a smaller cutter to cut another 12 discs to form the lids. Preheat the oven to 180°C/Fan 160°C. Add a tablespoon or so of mincemeat to each pastry-lined cup. Brush the edges of the pastry with a little cold water and put the lids on top, pressing.. Stir in 450g mincemeat, 4 beaten eggs and 2tbsp Groovy Food mild agave nectar. Stir to combine then spoon into a rectangular shallow tray bake tin. Bake in the oven at 180ºC, gas mark 4 for 25-30 minutes until golden brown.
